Lowe's Warranty service gone wrong. I've had my Maytag washer serviced by these guys twice now. The first time was a nightmare. The technician had to come out four times before my washer was “fixed” the first time. In all, it took a whole month to have my washer “fixed” the first time. Only to have it making a strange new sound immediately, but it was doing the job so I hoped it would be fine. Unfortunately, I was wrong and the first repair only lasted for about two months. I had to set up another appointment through my warranty bc they only guarantee their work for 30 days. So here I am again. Post washer being fixed thankfully this time it only took a week to get the washer “fixed.” I asked the technician to let me run a load before he left to make sure there were no strange sounds. He said, “Oh I'm going to trouble shoot it bc all the new parts.” I was like okay. So he ran a rinse and spin setting on the washer and of course no strange sounds when there is only water in it. I told him I would call if I heard the sound again. Sure enough, first load I run, I hear the sound again so I try to call him right away. No answer and no voicemail set up. So I call the office. The office manager says she will have to speak with the technician and have him call me back. Three hours later, I call back bc I haven't heard anything. The office manager says that she hasn't forgotten me which is a nice thing but she hasn't reached the technician. Two hours pass, it is now just after 5 and I haven't heard anything. So I call again only to realize the office phone also has no answering machine. How does that even work? A business with no answering machine! Here's hoping that I can get this sorted out tomorrow. What a frustrating mess.

Horrible experience. Came out and put in part. Then closed the ticket. Did not fix problem. When we called them, we were told we had to go thru lowes to set up service again. Lady on the phone very rude every time we called. Will never buy from lowes again as long as they send out this company.

He called before he came ... arrived when he said ... Fixed the washer handily ... gave some needed advice ... and reasonably priced!!
