Appliance Repair by Management Appliance Air Conditioning in The Bronx, New York

Called to schedule an appointment for Monday. The technician never showed up, so I called back. They said the technician would call me back to set up another time. Never called me. I then tried calling maybe six or seven times over the course of the week to set up another appointment, but they never picked up or returned my calls. I've never seen a business that so clearly doesn't want to make money.

I called Mr. Appliance for my Northland Refrigerator, they came and diagnose and told me that I needed a module for my refrigerator. I called Northland and I ordered a module and I ask if I can have an authorized company to install my module. They gave me Management Appliance phone number. I spoke to a young lady by the name of Sherry, she explained to me that I should cancel my order and have her tech check the refrigerator to see if that was the problem. I called and cancel my order, the tech by the name of Aaron came and told me that I needed a defrost timer and a defrost thermostat, I was puzzled a bit because I wasn't sure which part was the wright one. He fixed it temporary and immediately the refrigerator started to work. He came the next 2 days and installed my parts. My refrigerator is working perfectly. I saved over 2,000.00. I WILL RECOMMEND MANAGEMENT APPLIANCE ANYTIME!!!
