Appliance Repair by Collin’s Appliance Services Inc in Hagerstown, Maryland

August 2019, had a terrible experience with At Your Service out of Delaware. Their guy came and turned the thermostat and walked out in less than 5 minutes after waiting nearly a week for service, leaving my tenant without a working refrigerator. I called their manager to complain and she was even worse. I refused to have them come again as a Frigidaire-approved warranty contractor. I asked Frigidaire to send me someone else and luckily they introduced me to Collins Appliance. First, Dori takes your call and does a great job corresponding and getting your info, contacting the tenant, and calling back. Dori is just wonderful to deal with. Dan came and determined it was a broken thermostat, ordered the part, and replaced it. Tenant said she was very happy with their service and professionalism. 5 months later in early February 2020 fridge broke again for the 2nd time and only 18 months from the manufacturing date, but this time it was out of warranty. Prepared to pay out of pocket, I still called Collins without hesitation and they came THAT DAY, Dan and George determined this time it was a bad fan motor and ordered it. But as they were packing up, Dan suggested we call Frigidaire anyway and explain to them what happened, mention the bad service from At Your Service and that Collins was called out twice in 5 months for a fridge barely 18 months old. So at Dan's suggestion, I called, and Frigidaire did in fact offer to pay for parts and labor under the circumstances. Collins Appliance will get all my business moving forward for all my properties. You guys rock!

Just had my dryer repaired by Collin's Appliance Services. Very happy with their work and how quick they got it fixed. Would highly recommend them!
