Repairman, Horace, was courteous and detailed about everything and took the time to look at a second appliance even though I didn't schedule that one. Great experience with Sub Zero Appliance Repair! I'm always wary of blind google searches, even with high reviews but Stephen came through. He responded very quickly to my inquiry this morning and was out to the house a couple of hours later. He quickly diagnosed the refrigerator hinge problem, found the part he needed, and was back later in the day to complete the work. Price was fair and he was easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Daniel from Sub Zero Appliance Repair fixed the old refrigerator that had no power at all and gave me a 1-year warranty on the repairs. He made an initial visit the same day I called. He ordered the parts. He did the repair a few days later after the parts arrived. He arrived early on both visits, so I did not have to wait at all. The refrigerator is working like new - no more problems. Perfect!

Called Sub Zero Appliance Repair yesterday and they arrived today and arrived early. Clean, kind and amazingly efficient. They diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator as it was not cooling and went ahead and fixed it without trying to sell me on other issues or say I needed more than I did. They even said they want to save me money. Who does that?! Highly recommend them for your home appliance repairs.
