Appliance Repair by ABC Appliance Hospital in Spokane, Washington

First of all, if I could award zero stars for ABC, I would. I will keep my comments brief but hope that it conveys the message of “buyer beware” to all considering ABC. There was absolutely no communication from their office after the initial technician review of our appliance. Even when circumstances changed that affected the status of our repair issue, we heard nothing. We waited for several days believing we were waiting on the needed part that was ordered. This wasn't the case at all. We had to call them and discovered that no part had been ordered and no help was offered to steer us through the issues that had changed. I called the office twice and the cell of the technician and left messages each time. We received no responses from anyone. We ended up going with a different business and within 3 days, our appliance was repaired and still under the warranty. The new technician showed up with the part that was needed didn't have to order one as ABC supposedly had to and did a professional job. As far as ABC appliance repair? One day they'll see our paperwork and maybe figure out that they can cross us off their list although they probably won't care either way. They actually did us a favor by ignoring us. We are much better off.

We've used Appliance Hospital a number of times. Easy to arrange appointments, a call to confirm time window, knowledgeable repair people, and rarely need a second trip. This last time the repairman thought he remembered something that would save us money, he looked it up, and was correct! The part we needed was paid for by the appliance manufacturer. He went above and beyond.

Great experience! I was able to reach Appliance Hospital easily, get an appointment, and the technician called ahead and arrived very promptly. Happily too, the technician was able to fix our Asko Washer very quickly a bobby pin was jammed in the drain propeller. He was also very kind and patient about answering many questions. He helped me solve problems about drying times and wrinkles for sheets and towels, and talked through various options for washing and drying settings. Before talking with him I had doubts that the washer/dryer was performing well but now that I understand how to use the settings more effectively I love my washer/dryer again. Plus, now that the jammed bobby pin is removed, the washer drains beautifully and all is good. Hooray! Thank you for great service!
