Michelle L. Woodman | Sure, the staff seems nice, & they like to work with people to get what they need, but every time we make a purchase here our appliance will have issues. Right now I have 400.00 worth of meat in a used deep freeze we purchased from them & I had to go buy bags of ice to try & save it. When we try calling it takes days for a call back & then we wait longer for our issues to be solved. I tried telling my husband after the 1st time he bought something here that didn't work to stop buying here because the prices are decent & go pay more for appliances guaranteed to work! Upset. Very upset. My son also had an issue with an appliance bought here. If you like this business & don't have issues, lucky you! |
