| Jeff Klinger | Called March 12th, 2020-talked with Jeremy wanted to use hometown vendor. Told him my washer was out and wanted to buy new. Had my eye on a specific whirlpool pair washer dryer. Jeremy said would have to order, then he called back and said that unit was on backorder. Would be end of March. I SAID I WANTED ASAP. HE Told me if I went with lower model, would have it by Monday the 16th of March. I Said ok - Let's do it. I Called Monday the 16th, was told sorry, now pedestal drawers of units were "sold out from underneath at manufacturer " and would now be end of March, but washer/dryer was there. Suggested they bring out washer and dryer as promised, and come back to install pedestals when they arrive,, said would be extra charge!!!!! SERIOUSLY? After I agreed to Monday with the units I did not really ask for originally? Really??? DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! BTW Called Warner Stel in Woodbury - Just bought units I wanted. Delivery for March 26.......... at lower price than lesser units at Larson's.....Oh well.... |

| Matt Pickering | Phenomenal service and expertise! Honest about whether I should replace or repair the 17 year old appliance that was repaired, that is running like new now. Will use again when/if needed and most likely will purchase the new appliance suite from them when the time comes to justify. |
