Great experience! Easy to schedule appointment for next day. Repairman called before and arrived on time. He was courteous and professional He repaired my dishwasher and even cleaned the line!

I hope you see what I see in the pictures. A refrigerator door that doesn't match the rest of the Kenmore refrigerator. I'm tired of looking at it. A simple replacement/repair resulted in this horendous eyesore that must be looked at everyday...for however many times any one enters the kitchen and/or use the refrigerator. The ordering of a door gasket led to a door replacement and a different color which cannot be replaced with the right color. Although the refrigerator works , this eyesore has gotten on my nerves and ..and no offer or solution was given...except "we're sorry". Management or Corporate needs to intervene with a solution.

Sears repair service was quick and easy. He explained everything in details while fixing the problem. So far I would recommend definitely this service
