The communication was not good as they werent ready for our ceremony on time because they failed to update the time in contract.. we had a meeting to go over every detail yet day of she forgot what we talked about and the songs requested prior had to be re asked for etc as well as colors we chose. the playlist was not what we asked for.. even some of our guests asked about it because they knew that wasnt our style. The intro names werent pronounced correct which upset some of the bridal party and when confronted he got an attitude stating he did say it right.. we have it on video smh.. this was a wedding that is a once in a lifetime experience and they failed to give us that experience. Wouldnt recommend for a wedding.. |
