| Julie Williams | I've had normal experiences bringing my vehicle in for various reasons, however, after my husband's experience with getting new tires, we will not be going back. First of all, they didn't call him when the tires they ordered arrived. After almost 2 weeks, he stopped in and found out that they were there. No apology for not calling, but he was told he got a great deal because the originally ordered tires were discontinued and he got the next step up for the same price. He then scheduled an appointment for a Thursday. When he brought the truck in, they asked him to bring it back a little later. Then they called to tell him they were too busy and he'd have to come in the next day. We dropped it off on Friday and were told about an hour and a half. Almost 4 hours later, we went back and it still wasn't finished...they had to wait for the alignment rack to be free. They didn't replace the air valve caps. They also told us we broke the spare tire hoist and it would need to be replaced for several hundred dollars. This afternoon, it took me 10 minutes to get the spare where it belongs. The was no problem with the hoist. Moral of the story, don't expect stellar service...but do expect to have to double-check anything they tell you. |
