| Desire Tartaglino | Horrible service. If I could give them zero stars I would.they said they had to order parts for my machine It took 8 weeks to get my machine back. Just to do a tune up and a tension issue. I made phone call after phone call they do not answer the phone and no answering service to leave a message. After I finally got someone on the phone they said that my machine needed parts even though I told them not to put new parts in the machine when I dropped it off. The machine was too old and I could get a new machine for the costs of the parts. Then they said Anyways 2 hours later I get a call back from them stating that my machine was all fixed and ready for pick up. Ummmm...it is either broke or it isn't which one is it? Then when I tried to pick up my machine it was excuse after excuse why they were not available for me to pick it up even though they state their hours are from 10 - 7. This went on for over 3 weeks. Go elsewhere you might pay a little more but you will get better service. |
