They were great came out and fixed it right away. Needed repair about 6 months ago left several messages before getting a return phone call. Finally a service man came out said he knew the problem but had to pick up his son from school and would be back to fix the machine. He never returned, never called and the company never called. I foolishly referred a friend to door-to-door; she called several times over a matter of weeks to get a washer fixed and never received a call from the company. She proceeded to go somewhere else. I need another repair called last Thursday left a message and have yet to hear from them. Finally decided to call someone else who is going to be here today. I'm very disappointed in the service of this company and they have lost my business for future purchase or repair. |
