Chris was professional and extremely helpful installing our new appliances, going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and the job was done correctly! He even dealt with a couple of defects from the manufacturer correcting them and making sure that things worked correctly, all of this on Christmas Eve no less! Although his van and shirt stated he was the repair man I was expecting, he made it a point to hand me his card an identity himself which is smart and courteous.
