Have been very happy with them had a new unit put in and been very pleased ---as per warranty they have done yearly check ups for the 2years --have another check up coming

I will never call them for service again. Our air conditioner was not working. Ty came out opened the attic said it was too hot and he would be back in the morning at 9:30 to take a look. Never went in the attic never looked to see what the issue was. I called that evening and spoke to John and asked why Ty wouldn't have fixed the issue while he was there. John said he may not have had the part but he did not know because he was not there. He mentioned no one was living in the house. This was none of his concern, we called them for a service and we have workers in the house that would prefer to work in AC and on a deadline to complete the project. I called another AC service the next morning and they were able to come out first thing. I call John back and as soon as I told him who I was he said "Ma'am like I told you last night, he has one call before you and he will get there when he can". I explained I was just calling to let him know he was not needed. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Ty should have done his job the first day and John had no right to speak to me that was.

After 4 years of 5 year warranty on new a/c they installed, it breaks down. Called them 2 times and left message, calls not returned. Called another a/c repair company, they come and determine its not under warranty because SERAC didn't turn in warranty info! Quote 1800 to repair. Never again! considering small claims court to recover losses.
