| Karina Muguercia | They came to my house to repair a dryer and they took the whole thing apart. They did not have the piece to fix the dryer and said they would place an order. Therefore, they left all the screws out and made a mess. They gave me an appointment 3 weeks later because they were booked. They charged 200 for the consult and for the mess they made. At this point it has been a month since they came. My husband called sears to ask for the part and no one knew where the order was. Long story short, my husband went on amazon and ordered the piece. He watched a YouTube video and fixed the dryer. Sears sent us the part weeks after our scheduled appointment. We have called to get our money back and they have not done so. They apologize and apologize but do not provide me with my refund for a service they never did. Giving them one star is far to kind. |
