| Scott Jones | charged me 60 to come look at fridge, cancelled the day of appointment. finally came next day and told me I had a vacuum leak and needed to replace line and weld and the fee would be 395. said it would be repaired same day. 30 minutes later they said they didn't have the part but would be there the next day. two days later, they said part was on backorder and would be there the following day. Next day they said part wasn't available. Had to contact another company and they plugged in fridge and inspected it and said nothing was wrong and didn't even charge me a fee. This company are nothing but crooks! They refused to refund my service fee for services not rendered. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! |
