I searched all over town but couldn't find it in stock and was told by all the big box stores it would take 8+ weeks to get ordered. I called Allen & Petersen and spoke with Jill who was wonderful! She knew exactly the model I would need to replace the old one that would fit our cabinet and figured out the trim kit required to finish it off. She offered to take my payment over the phone to save me a trip to the store and called the warehouse so they had the microwave and trim kit all set for me to pick up within an hour - no waiting 2 months! She made it so easy and the microwave was a perfect fit and looks gorgeous and a perfect match for the stainless appliances we have in the kitchen. The cost was right in range with the big box stores but without the wait and hassle of trying to work with people who didn't understand what I needed!. Thank you, Jill, for making this such a quick and easy transaction!! I will definitely go to Allen and Petersen first in the future for any appliance needs. |
