| AR Franco | April 1, 2019, Refrigeration Kenmore not making ice. Called for Service and was scheduled for April 8th. Technician determined fridge needed an evaporator and ordered part. April 15th Technician came to install part and after two hours said job was complete and to let fridge cool for 24 hours before using. FRIDGE NEVER COOLED! April 16th called to report and instead of dispatching a Tech to come finish the job immediately I am scheduled for another service call April 22nd. Totally unacceptable service. My appointment should have been 1st since it was an "in completed" job. Hope the Technician hangs around to actually see that the fridge is working before he leaves on the 22nd! |
