| Michael Batenga | Don't go to this company. Came out to fix a stove.Diagnosed it as needing a new motherboard. Bought a 300 dollar part and this company installed it. Come to find out it wasn't the problem at all. He said I needed a new strove after he Misdiagnosed the problem and said he couldn't fix the problem. I had to pay for a new part that I should've kept since I paid for it He took that plus the 300.00. I bought another stove on this companys diagnosis and now I find out it might be an electrical issue. This guy has no business calling himself a professional when he didn't even mention that it could be an electrical issue. I'm out a 6 month old stove. 300.00 dollars and now have to pay for a new stove I didn't need. |
