I would definitely recommend this company's services. They kept to their word and try to come even though Outside Land's concert was going on and when they could not park around, they called and rescheduled and gave me a discount. When they showed up they were able to repair both my clothes dryer and my dishwasher at a reasonable price and provided excellent advice and explained everything they were doing and why. They also were nice enough to call me during the 2 hour period they gave me to let me know when they would show up. This is a really good service and good people.

Really happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. My fridge wasn't as cold as it used to be so requested a Yelp quote from several vendors for fridge repair. Quality Appliance responded quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment the following day. They arrived on time and were able to resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes airflow issue caused by food blockage.

Oleg and Sergei repaired both my washer and my fridge on two separate occasions. They are honest, reliable, trustworthy and very professional. Extremely knowledgeable about many different appliances and took the time to help explain what was going on so I could understand. In addition to all these great qualities, they also guarantee all their work and are affordable. These two were diligent in making sure things were done properly and efficiently. Oleg is very quick to respond to your needs and was open and honest about everything, which made communicating a breeze. They're also very friendly and pleasant to have in your home. It's easy to get overwhelmed by how many different repair services there are in SF but these two will make time for you as soon as possible and they provide quality service which is why I plan to use them for all future needs.
