| Michelle Eastham | Within 2 months of buying a front loading Samsung washer and dryer the dryer needed a new hearing unit. Now 7 months later the washer is unrepairable and I'm now faced with the expense of buying a new washer.....which will not be from Eco Appliance. It is unfortunate that I continued with my original purchase knowing I live outside the service area even though I live closer than some areas within their service area and repairs are at my own expense. At this point I'd have been better off buying brand new appliances. |
