Appliance Repair by Mr. Appliance of Orlando in Winter Park, Florida

Have no idea if their service is good or not since we have been waiting over a week for an update on a part they were supposed to order. I have been calling them for an update, however you can never reach anyone that works for Mr. Appliance only an answering service, that says they are the "booking Dept" for Mr. Appliance, but they also cannot book anything except a callback that never happens. What a great way to run a business.

We had a service call for our refrigerator and had a bad experience. First, the service technician gave us no privacy to discuss the expensive repair. Next, we were recommended the repair would be faster then getting a new fridge. We had an appointment scheduled 4 days after the initial site visit, but the technician did not come that day and it was a Friday and reschedule to the following Monday. At one full week without our fridge, the repair did not work. We lost a ton of food in our fridge, spent money having to eat out at restaurants, and in the end had to purchase a new fridge. The worst part is we have had zero response when trying to reach out to Mr. Appliance for help. The technician was not helpful and the customer service is non-existent. I strongly would suggest to go elsewhere for appliance repairs.

The tech was very thorough and honest. Clearly described the problems he found and what he did to correct them. He was honest that the issues i had with my dishwasher could come from various sources. So he got it working but advised to keep an eye on it to see if the problem returned He just charged me just the estimate fee. So far 3 weeks the problem is solved. Thanks
