| Donna Bryhn | We had Home Depot lay new tile in our TV room and I would like to praise two people at the Ontario Ohio store for their wonderful service to us. One is Betty Brown who helped us immensely getting tile and supplies delivered and making sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. She was just wonderful and very knowledgeable about what we needed, timely delivery, and who to contact, if needed. The other person who deserves high praise is Mike Foust who so kindly used his time and truck to pick up long baseboards that would not fit in our vehicle for return to the store. Our experience with Betty and Mlke will certainly assure that we patronize Home Depot for all our needs! They deserve a world of thanks! Went to the website to fill out survey but my receipt was more than two weeks old so it would not let me in. Receipt was from when we first ordered tile so I waited for installation before leaving any feedback. Thank you, Betty and Mike!! And I love my new floor!!! All in all, a great job!! |
