Tina's response time was amazing and she said “every minute counts when you don't have hot water”! Felix was at my house within 20 minutes. He took time with me, explaining my options for a new hot water heater, and figured out the best one for my needs and budget. Felix got soaking wet going back and forth to the truck while installing the new unit, but he kept a great attitude throughout the process. Everyone was professional but also laid back and interactive with me. I couldn't ask for a better experience! |
