Appliance Repair by Rent-A-Center in Columbus, Georgia

Most unprofessional Rent A Center, employees do not communicate with one another & harrass you worse than a stalker before the payment is even due. Should have turned away once I seen huge roaches crawling out of the dining room tables was given the wrong mattress & was told the set would be cleaned up beforehand seeing as it was a floor display ... Nope it came filthy & missing pieces. Would never in my life recommend these people to anyone.

Great customer service. Order came early along with a phone call to ask if he could come ahead of schedule. That was fine. They showed up but had the wrong washer and dryer set. I looked at my lease and realized i'd signed for the wrong set. I called the store and the manager was awesome. She said no problem just send him back and we will get the right set. When he came back later he brought the paperwork with him so i could resign. They were very helpful and the only downside is the dryer doesn't come with a vent. So make sure you have your own if you get a dryer. Other than that they installed everything and showed me how to use them.
