Appliance Repair by Bitner Brothers Construction, Inc in Carlisle, Pennsylvania

I was recommended to go here and i could not ask for better service! When i called the office was quick to answer questions and have my appointment set up. Charles arrived on time and was very acknowledgeable!

Placed a flyer on my door today lying about both doing work in my area and work needing to be done on my house. I have been a professional contractor in this area for the last 5 years and this is the first 'professional' I've encountered who needed to go door-to-door posting flyers about 'seeing work that needs done' in order to get business. No one in my neighborhood has ever hired them and nothing is wrong with my roof or any of the other roofs where these flyers were placed. I wouldn't trust this company at all.

Very disappointed with Bitner. Bathroom remodel was started end of January and was not truly completed until 1st week of May. We were told would be a 2 week project. Not sure if Bitner or Fager's was the issue but every time a contractor showed up to my house either the necessary products were not delivered or incorrect product was delivered. This resulted in what felt like endless delays as well as a waste of time for the contractor. Much of the cutting work was performed in my garage and it was never cleaned despite asking multiple times for someone to complete. Many times I had to follow up with company because contractor would not show up for many days at a time. Was told by Bitner communication issue between contractor and Bitner. Very frustrating process!
