John Hannel | If I could give Zero stars I would. I have had the worst experience!!! Sears came to my house to repair my Kenmore Sears brand washing machine. They didn't have the pump needed on the truck, so the had to order it. They required me to pay the full bill for repair and part at this time. It was more than 400. I agreed because I really wanted it fixed. well after the charged my card is when the problems began. The shipped the part to me and the 2nd technician came to fix it - but couldn't because the part was not the right one. He left the incorrect part with me, even after I asked him to take it, saying that the would order the correct part and reschedule repair. I NEVER heard from him them again! I started calling but couldn't get them out to fix it and couldn't get a refund to my credit card. This has been going on since May 15, 2019. I have made more than 15 phone calls trying to resolve this issue and now trying to get my 400 refunded. Sometimes waiting on hold for more than one hour. With results like - hanging up on me when transferring to a manager, telling me to put the part on my porch and they would pick it up and process a refund, and 3 other stories and lies. It has been more than 3 months. I HAVE NOT received a refund, they HAVE NOT picked up the part, and I even tried to drop the part off - but this address is a fake - and there was no place to return their part to. The LACK of ANY form of acceptable Customer Service is INEXCUSABLE!!! |
