| Andrew Dare | Had a service call performed by Appliances and More of Granbury for a home warranty company in 2020. Their office staff were very polite and expedient in scheduling the service call. The technician was very polite and well versed as he explained in detail what he was doing as he was doing it and solved the issue very expediently. The service technician found the issue to be parts that were left unattached by a previous contractornot an A&M technician to be the root of the issuevarious screws for mounting and those that held cosmetic and noise canceling items in place properly. Once the issue was resolved the technician then attached these components properly thus leaving the unit running and looking far better then it did when he arrivedit is also far quieter. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Appliances and More as a whole and would definitely refer my friends and family to them A Dare. |
