Called them on a Saturday and they immediately answered and scheduled someone to come out the next day, they called as a follow up to confirm the appointment and let me know they were on their way 20 minutes before arrival which was great and they showed up on time. Service person did a complete diagnostic on our dishwasher and discovered the heating element went out. The dishwasher is almost 15 years old but matches our other appliances and otherwise works well. They ordered a part which arrived in two days and installed it, dishwasher works likes new again for under 300 parts and labor. Great overall customer service.
