They did give me a few suggestions for fixing/replacing items that I didn't necessarily come in for but they weren't pushy at all and had no issue with me declining/deferring those. My truck went in with an exhaust leak that another shop couldn't find and overall not running great and came out running terrific. I highly recommend them. Another plus is when they inspect they provide a digital report with pictures so you can see what they are referring/talking about and if you defer a repair, you have a reference in time to compare against. |
