| Christina Haas | Where do I even begin! So I purchased a refrigerator and stove together and we went and picked it up when it came in. Well unfortunately the refrigerator part wasn't working so I called and spoke to one of the owners, she told me that if I couldn't get it repaired quickly that they would swap it out. Well we ended up swapping them out as the repair wouldn't take place for a week. Even though they didn't have my color which is 100 fine she was able to have my new one delivered that day. So with this being said I want to say a big thank you to the owners of the Sears hometown store in Litchfield. You all rock and we will continue our business with you all : also thank you to the delivery guy which I didn't get his name for squeezing us in yesterday. |
