It's a good a place for A/C technicians, and also a good company to work for in the long run of your a tech you don't have to worry about the hrs.. After being a full time worker after you 90 days you'll get benefits and insurance if you want it. The people are friendly and are pretty down to earth people. However, if your a shop/warehouse worker they start you at 9an hr I had to talk to my manager about the pay to get it to 10.It's hard labor some days and relax on other. You get kinda of a racist feeling while you work there with some people some people say it other don't but you get the vibe from it.Your manager if he still there Brian is awsome pretty down to earth guy. He's kinda slow but he will do the best to help you out when he can and Corey. The owner wife can be pretty strict on things but once you get to know her she's awsome and also the people on the office and parts are very helpful and friendly when you need help. However, I can only talk about the warehouse because that is where I work for the most part. Some of the down sides to the company is there is a lot of lack of communication and how things should be getting done. And the job title they give you, you are not maintence but also I handy man for the warehouse. You change ball joints do anything need one cars welding and much more getting trailers prep for jobs. Some days it's hard work other days are more relax if buiness is slow. Also don't let the owners wife be to friendly to you in front of him, he tends to pick on you after the fact, an talk about you when you are not around to other. If is doing something for the first time and you know he is doing it wrong do not give advice to him on how to do it, because he didnt ask for your input. He tends to stock an watch you while eatting nuts and looking for things to complain about or accuse you of doing. Seriously don't let his wife be nice to you infornt of him fair warning... Also there is someone racist tension with the owner he will say certain things you pick up on , but you leave alone. Also if your a warehouse worker he will tell "you need to learn how to sweat and not go inside to cool off". It's a hot an dirty job the pay doesn't go with the work most days but you learn how to deal with it.To end on a positive note Eric, Reed, Don, Cindy are all awsome bosses and good people to help you out if you need it. An the Owner and the people who helped him made a pretty Good buiness he did bring it from nothing to multi million doller business. Only advice I can give, always be open to learn new things and always work hard an don't let people treat you or pay you less than what you deserve or disrespect you.
