| Denise | If I could give Zero I would! They are not professional in the office at all. I called and left numerous messages. I spoke to a lady a couple times expecting a call back. Never received one. They were sent to fix my washer and BROKE it. Weeks passed because they said a part was on back order. I called spoke to a lady again, told I would get a Return phone call. Never did. Called the warranty company to find out they DID NOT submit the correct information. Bottom line, they closed out my order as Working knowing they BROKE my washer and have not come to fix it or Compensate me for it. After the admission of responsibility by the tech for breaking my washer, they still have yet to stand by general customer service practices and rectify and fix the issue. HORRENDOUSLY AWFUL COMPANY who does NOT care! |
