| Paul Henderson | These people get their stoves from some wear house apparently. We called, asked if they had one, was told yes it can be hear next Friday. So why on the next Friday was the stove not only not there but, the legs had to be ordered from the manufacturer in Washington. Why was this only discovered after I called 2hrs into the 4hr drive? Why wasn't this known a week ago? Why wasn't I notified a week ago? Why when the truck actually arrived on Thursday and the stove wasn't on it, didn't I get a phone call? Lots of whys. These people operate as if the public needs them versus them needing the public. News flash, I got the same stove for 300 less 6hrs later and installed burning wood that evening. Very unapologetic. Very rude. Very thoughtless. There's plenty of places with awesome people who would love to have your business. Use anyone else before going here. |
