I purchased three GE appliances from Home Appliance Sales and Service in Brunswick, OH. And had a great experience from start to finish. Our sales person was knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and knew which GE appliances would meet them. The appliances were delivered on time, the date we requested delivery. Aaron and Dylan, the two men who delivered our appliances were the icing on the cake. Professional, efficient, and very pleasant. The company also followed up with a call to be sure the delivery had gone ok and the appliances weren't damaged in the process. I can recommend this company highly.

My husband and I bought a GE Range & Microwave from Home Appliance in May and was very pleased with the service we received. Now we needed to replace our 15 yr. old washer and dryer. We saw Lenny again and he showed us several washer and dryers and explained what each had to offer. No high-pressure sales pitch, pricing was better than a big box store. On Lenny's recommendation, we decided to go with the LG front load washer and dryer with the pedestals. So far we have been very pleased with the performances of both the washer and dryer, we've had them now for 10 days. There's a little bit of a learning curve on both of them as they are LG SmartThinQ, but love the performance and look. Also the delivery men, Troy and Shane, were on time, very professional and courteous and very careful with taking out the old washer & dryer and bringing in the new. Thank you Lenny!

Salesman, Rick at Brunswick location, was very helpful with the laundry washer and dish washer. We were also very happy with the delivery crew of both. Whenever we need additional appliances, we will definitely visit their store.
