Appliance Repair by Acfast Appliance Service in Goffstown, New Hampshire

Whirlpool referred us to Acfast to repair our washing machine. It was a pleasure dealing with Acfast service department and Travis, the technician who did the repair. Speedy service, they communication regularly and show up when they promise. Highly recommend! We are in Portsmouth, NH and they have technicians all around the area.

A+ service and communication!! We bought a brand new dishwasher for our new house. Within a few mos it stopped working properly. We contacted the dishwasher-make company and they sent a service order to a local appliance repair business and set up an appt. He came out, diagnosed the issue and ordered the part then we never heard from him. I called the dishwasher company and they requested another service order and appt with the same company and after they didn't show up for an appt and never returned our several calls, we contacted the dishwasher company and they set us up with Acfast. Immediately we were contacted by Acfast and we confirmed our appt. Not only was the gentleman here on time, he was professional, nice and personal and even came with the part the dishwasher needed! The other company said it may take months to A YEAR to get the part! He was here less than 30 minutes and the dishwasher, that had been broken for over two years, is now working better than it did from the beginning! I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and I'll absolutely be using them in the future!!!!

My refrigerator and dryer broke down in the same week. I called Acfast after a Google search. Their office staff was pleasant to speak with and confirmed my meeting time with a reminder call. Their technician Arron was on time, courteous and did a great job explaining what needed to happen to get my appliances up and running. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.
