They plug into a computer and expect that to be the magic answer. Perhaps hire competent service techs!!! Washer still not fixed. Surprised they are going bankrup!!! |
| Julie Barnes | Just tried to schedule a repair for four items, washer, oven, cook top and vent hood. 2 items were Kenmore. The other items were Magic Chef and Whirl pool. I was told the only appliance they could service was the washer. They sell the other brands. They can't even service the Kenmore range hood. I won't be buying the replacement units from Sears. |
