He claimed to have fixed my washing machine; however, 2 weeks later, I am having the same exact problem. He said that I told him the washing machine was not draining and not that it was overflowing. First, I did say it overflowed and flooded my home. Second, when he came, it was clear that the machine had overflowed. There were wet towels, a huge wet rug outside, the water was turned off, the machine was full to the brim with water and it was unplugged. How much of a genius do you have to be to understand that by not draining, the water overflowed. His only response was that I had a new issue and could schedule a call. No offer to check to see if the "timer" he installed failed or if the issue was indeed the same or different, nothing! I will be filing complaints wherever I can because he should stopped from cheating someone else.
