Very Disrespectful Owner Named Mike. Job was supposed to be done months ago. They keep sending People back Because the heater keeps going out. Today I called because I could hear his technician talking to him over the phone. Conversation went something like this,” do I connect this wire to the yellow wire, where does the red wire go? Stop yelling at me mike. Do I connect these wires to the motherboard? Idk mike that's why I'm asking you. Stop yelling at me mike. You know what I'm done I'm packing and leaving you guys can come out here and do it yourselves.” I heard this and immediately went outside to get the number to the owner on the van. I called his phone twice no answer. I then called another number on the van and this guy answered. I told him I'd like to speak to mike and I can hear mike in the background saying tell him to call my phone. I told the man I had called him twice and he didn't answer so he repeated, tell him to call my phone. I gave the same answer. Mike then grabbed the phone and said what? I said excuse me that's not how you answer a phone to a costumer receiving your services. He then listened to me tell him about how this job was supposed to be done months ago and how I heard the conversation between him and his technician, I explained that it was very unprofessional and he answered by saying “Oh Ya Fuk You!!!” He then hung up. Worst Company Service Ever!!!!!
