I called Gregory to repair my washer, after he "fixed it"... the firs time I washed clothes the entire washing machine starting smoking and smelled like it was going to catch on fire. I called Gregory and explain to him what happened and asked him to come back out. Initially he agreed but never showed up. I called and texted several times and he continued to ignore me. I told him I did not want my money back I just wanted him to come back and fix it right. He refused to communicate with me. After a few weeks of being ignored I told him at this point I just wanted my money back and if he agreed to do that I would not post any negative reviews about is poor business integrity. I agreed to give me 85.00 back, I told him that was not acceptable I would need my entire 160.00 because now I needed to go purchase a new washer and he did not fix it. He refused to return my money. I told him I was going to contact my attorney and give a google review if he did not and his response was "It's up to you" Needless to say I'm very disappointed in Gregory poor integrity. You don't do people this way. You don't take their money and when I've explained to him it was not fixed and refuse to talk with me. Especially when I initially told him I didn't even want my money back...I just wanted him to fix it and he lied about coming back and eventually ignored me. I hope he's not doing this to other people.

Repaired my washer and dryer in a very timely manner at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call him again in a second! Thanks Again!
