I bought refrigerator almost 50 off.if you compare price. This open box only small dent on the side. Brand new.. working 100 excellent.

I took Home Depot warranty and had filed a claim for my washing machine which is kind of leaking intermittently. The technician comes out and tests for few of the scenarios and tells me that it is working fine. Later he thinks it could be a drier problem also tells me that water could be leaking from some where else. I told the technician to take whatever time it needs and asked him to let me know if he needs anything to allow him to check whatever it takes. I can clearly say that the technician didn't diagnose all the situations. He spent like an hour and half and left immediately because he had to look after other customers. Now a lady from this company calls me to take a video, where exactly the water is leaking. If i know about washing machine, i could have repaired myself. Just an example, If there is a problem in your computer Non computer background, would take video where exactly it is happening, do you exactly know what the computer is doing it to you ? I had paid 150 specifically for maintenance. I would rather give away my washing machine to these guys and buy a new one instead.
