They've been to my home twice after installation and they don't know how to stop it from dripping onto my hallway. I have a bucket there for almost a year. I've contacted the BBB and am waiting to hear back. Everyone in that office is bad; plumbers, office managers, owner. I've called multiple times and they won't call back now.
