Chef Don Antinore | Customer service very appropriate..... Knowledge of stock and location.... Prices all right... |
Vance Blackburn | Nice clean store. However, it is a bit hidden off the road. Certainly not something that you would see from the road, unless you were looking. |
Cathy Belair | Unless you ask for help you wont receive any. The employees are nice, and friendly but won't ask if you need help. There's quite a few that stand around and are on their phones or are talking to each other. Sometimes it's difficult to actually find someone to help you out, especially in the lumber area. I think the store is nice, however, I miss the days of Chase Pitkin when there were employees hired for specific departments and when someone went into their department they were asked if they needed help and what could they do to help them. I think if more employees took the initiative to help people coming to shop in the store they're hired to work at it would help people out a lot! |
