I hired them to redo my bathroom. Excellent job. Very clean, nice and professional. Three weeks but well worth it. Big job. Hiring them for Windows and doors now.

I bought these windows in the late 90s with the promise that the company would service them for the life of the window. Not so much. I have had at least one of the balances in the window break on one of the largest windows and cannot get the person who answers the phone to schedule anyone. This morning I asked, “Do you still service your windows?” She responded, “Not at this time. We don't have anyone who can do that. What you hear out there is true. It's hard to find good workers.” I followed up with a logical question asking her if they still install windows. She said they did, but their workers only do installations and not repairs. She gave me the number of another company that would do repair work on their BonAire windows and that was the best she could do. Stuck and out of luck. This is not the way to run a business. My call this morning was a backup to a call I made three weeks ago when I was told, “If we find someone who can do the repairs, I'll call you back.” That response was after I had asked her to have one of the owners of the company call me. As you can imagine, I never got that call either.

Excellent widow installers, caring and trustworthy business owner... been going here for 30+ years! We I send ALL our family and friends to Bon-Air Products, Verona. You will not get a more fair deal and excellent product!!
