| Linda Brandon | The service technician was very nice and this is not a reflection of him, I was overall not satisfied with the experience. The appointment was for a 4 hour window 8-12 and there was no confirmation the morning of the appointment as to when the technician was close to arriving. When he did arrive, he was in an unmarked vehicle large pick-up truck, so I had no idea he was actually from Sears, which made me very uncomfortable letting him into my home and leading him down to my basement, as I was in the house by myself. He spent maybe 10 minutes at my house, so it's not clear that there is much of any value to having an annual service. In past years, they technician spent more time but I'm not sure what they did either. I would like to know what the annual service should include. |
