| Dj Johnson | It only took 9 days to get an appointment. The appliance technician sat in his truck in my driveway for about 10 minutes before acknowledging my presence, which was awkward. I had to move my refrigerator into the garage and use my old garage refrigerator in the house, due to the length of the appointment time.The guy said it was too cold outside to diagnose the refrigerator in my garage... and I could try again in the summer. haha this place is a joke. It was over 50 degrees out and I could've had the heat on for her if he would've asked. |

It must be said however, that we have easily paid twice the original purchase cost of the machines buying the warranties. Truly, it has been needed as many repairs have been required through the years. |
