Aamir Budhani | I am writing this review after picking up a pc that was damaged and brought in for repair. Both my interactions dropping off and picking up have been with Mr. Marcos who was rude and condescending at both visits. He is not one that is eager to help and makes you feel as if he is doing you a favor by making eye contact with you. Long story short, apparently my repair which cost almost 300 was completed almost 3 weeks ago. But was not communicated this to me. Mr Marcos informed me an email was sent that my pc had been shipped. I found the email, but when you click the link, it says "order not found ". When I pointed this out, Mr. Marcos' response was apathetic. No one called, followed up, nothing. As I am writing this review sitting in my car outside the Best Buy, I just received an email stating my PC is ready for pickup ...a full 5 WEEKS after I bought it in for repair. I understand things happen, but my customer service experience has been terrible here. Such rude behavior will make me consider other repair facilities in the future. |
