What a great company. I am a small business owner too and it is such a delight to have a great company do work for me personally. Great customer service. Kendra in their office was so nice and a pleasure to work with. Reminder messages sent and David came to do my repair right on time. Luckily it was an easy fix with some electronic issues on my dishwasher. He was very honest and the repair was fast as he could fix it right then with some things I couldn't do. I troubleshot everything online and it defiantly needed a pro to do what he did. It cost less than I thought it would too. I will defiantly use them again and highly recommend them.

Rock solid. From the first curtious call to my next day service for an estimate was very smooth with a phone call from the technician to let me know he was on the way. After tearing my washing machine apart to locate the leak the problem part was identified and service was scheduled without isse by the same technician who again called me when he was getting close. The new part was installed and no issues. I would use them again for sure. I am a first time customer and will use them again for sure. My only request would be that the techs start using foot booties if walking on carpet. Overall very happy.

Service was fine and the tech was both friendly and knowledgeable. My repair was completed and I have not had any issues since servicing. I do however, believe that the cost of the repair was excessive. I do believe that professionals should be paid a professional fee for their services but paying over 210 for a repair that required a 10-15 part and 15 minutes of labor seems excessive. Their website states that they will perform all repairs at the “absolute lowest price” possible. Maybe I just have sticker shock but it's almost impossible to tell be cause you can't get a quote without paying a “low service fee of 69”
