The following day, Chris arrived within the allotted time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine. 45 minutes later we were back in business. Apart from Chris' obvious competence and professionalism, he was very pleasant to deal with and left our laundry area in the same condition he found it. | John Lopez | I received a call from Complete Appliance the night before, giving me a 12pm-5pm time frame. I received a call from the tech at 11am the next day, saying that he is at my front door, I told him hes an hour early with no prior heads up phone call. He said he had alot of cancellations. I told him ok, Ill be home in 15 minutes. He told me he can only wait 5 minutes, to reschedule, and hung up. When I called back, he was exteremely rude and hung up again !! The company was no help either !!! Terrible customer service, Actually the worst I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE !! .... Dont Say I DIDNT WARN YOU !!!! |
