Char Christensen | The salesperson that helped us was Warren and he greeted us, asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. Once we found what we wanted it was all about the paperwork. It was one of the easiest furniture shopping experiences ever. |
Debbie Wescoat | They had a sale, so if you spend 500, you get 500 free, so I took advantage, I got one nice recliner with bluetooth, all the good stuff included and then I got another one free, Tina is who usually helps me, I like the way she treats you when you go in, never pushes you to buy, just gives you the info and answers your question, and let's you decide, I like dealing with her. Schewels is great in town furniture place to shop. Orange Va. |
Maribeth Lowe | The salesperson, Tina, was wonderful. Very helpful and forthcoming with recommendations. It was obvious she knew the inventory. When my husband came back with his truck to pick up our recliners, he had a less satisfactory experience. The weather was threatening rain, and one of our chairs was a floor model - not boxed or wrapped. My husband asked if plastic could be put on the uncovered chair. Hurriedly a sheet of plastic was thrown over the chair while in the truck....not around it....not wrapped in it...just thrown over. Of course, it rained on the way home and the bottom and sides of the chair got soaked. We got it dry by using a hair dryer on it in the garage, but this could have been prevented with a little more care and time taken. |
